Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original jewelry box and shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
